Students Should Eat Breakfast Every Day

Many students, especially junior and senior high school go to the school or spend their day without having breakfast. They believe that it is not necessary and they say that they don’t have time for doing that. Some of them think that it is much better to eat before on the daylight. We usually call it branch (breakfast lunch). However, the students still need to have breakfast before going to their activities.
The first reason why the students should eat breakfast before going to school is for the health. When we skip breakfast and go to school, we are very near with a disease because it’s not healthy to have an empty stomach for a long day. It is very important to have a meal and not let the stomach work empty. It can cause gastritis and a lot of problems with our health if we do not eat breakfast. So, it is much better to have breakfast to keep our health.
Another reason for eating breakfast is because we need food for to do well in the class. Our body and brain will not function as good as they could because we do not have energy and strength. When we try to learn something and have nothing in our stomach, we will have a lot of trouble in our activity because we can not concentrate. Many people think that we should not eat because will not feel tired. However, it is not true. Breakfast is not a very big meal; it is like bread, or drinking milk. On the contrary, we will feel tired if we do not have breakfast because we have spent the entire previous night without food. Therefore, having breakfast will help us to be fresh especially in the morning.
The last reason and the important thing why we should have breakfast are because we can avoid diseases. We still can be healthy if we have some breakfast in the morning. We will get sick if we do not eat. The diseases will have a stronger effect on us because we get sick easier than another student who have breakfast every day. As a result, having breakfast will protect us from disease.
Finally, having breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we cannot skip it without consequences for our health, our study to go to school without eating anything. It is time for us to do something for your health and having breakfast is the best way to start our day. Thus, by having breakfast every morning, it can make us far away from disease.
